What Does Happiness Actually Look Like For You?

What does a happy life actually look like to you?

Not the life you see on Instagram. Not the life your parents expected you to have. Not the life that looks good on paper. Yours.

This week we're talking all about finding your purpose, figuring out what actually makes you happy and creating a life that feels aligned with who you are.

We chat about changing careers, knowing when it's time to pivot, finding your values, setting intentions for the year, using your interests and strengths to guide your career, and why you don't need to have everything figured out from the beginning.

We also get into the pressure social media can create to have the perfect career, relationship, morning routine, body, house and life — and why it's so important to step back and ask yourself what your dream life actually looks like.

Because your dream life might be a Gold Coast apartment and a busy social calendar. Or it might be a house on a few acres, a horse, chickens and a garden. Neither is better. They're just different.

Plus, we talk five-year goals, dating with your values in mind, building community, our current routines, meal prep and a very funny misunderstanding involving "manifesting" and Australia Post.

So if you're feeling a little lost, questioning what you're doing with your life, or simply wondering whether you're actually building a life that makes you happy, this one's for you.

This podcast is for educational & entertainment purposes only it is not intended to replace personalised medical advice.

Discount code for Whole Health Studio supplements: LEANIN15

FOLLOW THE POD:

Instagram

Youtube

Tiktok
