PHILLIES POSTCAST: Philadelphia Phillies BLOWN OUT by the Braves in Atlanta, 12-2

The Philadelphia Phillies get EMBARRASSED by the Braves in 12-2 loss in Atlanta.

Bryce Harper put the Phillies in front in the first inning with a solo homer to center field. However, Harper took his sweet time rounding the bases as if to mock Braves right-fielder Ronald Acuna Jr for his slow, showboating struts around the bases.

Unfortunately, for Harper and the Phillies that seemed to poke the bear.

The Braves responded in the 4th inning when they tied it at one on, none-other-than a Acuna homer off Brooks Raley to leftfield. Atlanta would go on to plate seven more in the inning and led 8-1 when the 4th was over.

Atlanta scored one more in the 6th on an Ozzie Albies sac fly RBI.

Justin Crawaford got the Phillies’ their second run on a solo homer to right in the 8th.
