PHILLIES POSTCAST: KYLE SCHWARBER'S GRAND SLAM helps Philadelphia Phillies to 11-7 win over Astros!

The Philadelphia Phillies win a wild one against the Houston Astros 11-7 to even their series at a game apiece.

The craziness began in the third ending when the Astros scored four in their half of the inning only to see the Phillies respond with four of their own in the bottom of the 3rd. Cam Smith took Cristopher Sanchez deep for a two-run home run in the top of the 4th inning to take a 6-4 lead, The Phillies would get a run back in the 5TH when Trea Turner hit a solo home run to right-center field to make it a 6-5 ball game

But in the sixth inning, the Phillies would take over. Edmundo Sosa came up with an RBI single to tie the score at 6 followed by a bases-loaded walk by Brian De La Cruz to give the Phillies a 7-6 lead. Then Kyle Schwarber delivered the death blow, a 408 foot grand slam home run on a 3-2 sweep that hung unjust enough for the Schwarbarian to clobber it to give the Phillies an 11-6 lead, It marked Schwarber’s 44th homer of the season.

Cristopher Sanchez night was done after six allowing six runs on 10 hits striking out three and throwing 81 pitches. Despite those numbers Sanchez still picks up his 17th win of the season.
