In this episode, I sat down with Ian-Michael Hébert from Holos, a regenerative design community in Costa Rica. We reflected on how land, nature, and community act as mirrors for leadership and self-awareness. Our conversation explored the delicate balance between surrender and tenacity, the challenges of merging retreat centers and community life, and the ever-evolving relationship between humanity and technology. We also touched on the importance of raising conscious children and how both nature and fatherhood shape resilience and creativity.
