Key Learnings:

1)  I have been doing quite a few Intuitive Healing sessions for my 25th Anniversary special, and I have noticed something interesting… almost every woman has had the same energy imbalance – chakras 2,3, and 4.

2)  Within this imbalance pattern, there are actually 2 additional patterns! 2 and 3, and 2 and 4 being out of balance at the same time. When 2 and 3 are out of balance together, this is what I call the 'anxiety pattern.' Emotions and thoughts go round and round in a loop, which can cause that feeling of anxiety.

3)  The other pattern is 2 and 4. These chakras are feminine centers, meaning energy is moving into them. When they are out of balance, it becomes difficult for them to receive energy. Why would this be? In my experience, this pattern indicates feeling unsafe or a need to protect yourself. When you feel too vulnerable, these two centers tend to react and go 'offline.' Knowing why, resolving the underlying issue, and receiving energy work to balance them is what is needed. When these two are imbalanced, it is very difficult to know what to do next.
