<p>Hans van Griensven is a former lieutenant general of the Royal Netherlands Army, having served for over 41 years. His distinguished military career included roles as a commander in Uruzgan, Deputy Chief of Staff at NATO, and Inspector General of the Armed Forces. Since his retirement, he has been a tireless advocate for veterans, serving as chairman of the National Veterans Platform. In addition, he is active as a speaker, advisor, and chairman of the National Taptoe Foundation.</p>
