What if the price of admission to the success and dreams you desire, is befriending the very emotions, thoughts and fears that are keeping you stuck?

He encourages nurses to follow their inner nudge, reject conformity, and reframe hard times as necessary lessons, ending with the belief that “when you do hard things, life gets easy,”.
