#155 The Power of Reinforcement with Josef Stetter

In this episode, we talk to Josef Stetter. He is a husband, father and altruist who wants to make the world a better place. Josef lives in Canada.

Josef tells us about sitting on many commas that often took him from highs to lows. While so many of these commas were difficult and challenging, Josef realizes that he learns something from each one and that they actually help him build skills and become an authority in his crafts. He also carries the respect, dignity and care for others that he learned from his father. Josef discovers that he can learn from the failures, pay it forward and help heighten humanity in the process. Tune in to hear what Josef means when he says “no one asked me how I was doing”.

You can find Josef on:

Websites: https://www.culturaltransformationsystems.com/ https://www.thecelebrategroup.com/

Instagram: @josef_Stetter for instagram

Linkedin: https://www.linkedin.com/in/josefstetter/

Josef would like to acknowledge the following individuals, organizations and/or causes that matter to him and invite you to consider supporting them and/or sharing their messages:

My wife and kids.

My coach, Jonathan Kegler https://www.linkedin.com/in/jonathan-kegler-305978373/

My Father (In Loving Memory) - The man who taught me what it means to show up, even when life is at its hardest.

Dr. Russell Thomas https://www.linkedin.com/in/schoolofaimastery/ A mentor and partner who helped me see AI not as a tool, but as a responsibility.

Cultural Transformation Systems (CTS) https://www.culturaltransformationsystems.com/ A mission born from lived experience — to ensure no one feels invisible at work again.

#positivereinforcement #supportingothers #expertandauthority #respectanddignity #payitforward #manycommas #alwayslearning #skillswedontteach #Ijustgotit #nevergiveup #notafraidtofail #OfftheCommapodcast #offthecomma

Music from #InAudio: https://inaudio.org/

Come Alive.

Do you have a story to tell about being on your own comma?
