<p>If your period shows up every month like clockwork, it&#39;s easy to assume your hormones are fine.</p><p>But a regular cycle is not the same thing as healthy ovulation.</p><p>In this episode, Lindsey continues the All About Ovulation series and introduces what she calls the HA Spectrum, a framework for understanding that ovulatory dysfunction is not a light switch.
