This is a short piece I wanted to share unedited on my observations in the field. The failings of a food system based on trucking and lang distance supply lines. The tortured barrenness created by the industrial infrastructure in the Southwestern U.S. The solutions? Embarrassingly simple send all grey water to plantings, grow more plants of all kinds. Source separate and return all nutrients to the land.
