The laws of history are stronger than the laws of artillery

In this video, Dr Ranjeet Brar, General Secretary of the CPGB-ML, gives a speech at the 2 year anniversary of the Community Camp for Palestine, a camp set up outside the US embassy to protest the ongoing genocide against the Palestinian people. In his speech, Dr Brar highlights the real system which is responsible for the crimes being carried out: the imperialist system of monopoly capitalism. As Dr Brar explains, we have the right to a formalistic vote via the 'democracy' of our government but the real right to express an opinion on the policy of the government, its imperialist policy, is not permitted as this would interfere with their profits.

As Marx quotes T. J. Dunning in his work Capital in chapter 31:

“With adequate profit, capital is very bold. A certain 10 percent will ensure its full employment anywhere; 20 percent certain will produce eagerness; 50 percent positive audacity; 100 percent will make it ready to trample on all human laws; 300 percent and there is not a crime at which it will scruple, nor a risk it will not run, even to the chance of its owner being hanged.

“If turbulence and strife will bring a profit, it will freely encourage both. Smuggling and the slave trade have amply proved all that is here stated.” (T J Dunning, quoted by K Marx, Capital, 1867, Chapter 31)

The atrocities we are witnessing today stem from the same interest to chase profit like a rabid dog that tramples on all human laws and digs it own grave for the system that will inevitably replace it: socialism.
