RaeAnn joined Wake Up Tri-Counties to discuss the September Outreach Event, PSA Test Special, Labor Day Closure, CPR Classes, and Insurance Navigators. The Henry and Stark County Health Departments and First Choice Healthcare Clinics have several September updates for area residents. Offices in Kewanee, Colona, and Toulon will be closed Monday, September 7th, for Labor Day, with limited Home Services staff available. First Choice is offering $10 PSA blood tests for eligible men during Prostate Cancer Awareness Month by appointment in Kewanee and Toulon. The “12 Communities, 12 Months” outreach event comes to the Purple Onion in Annawan on September 18th from 10 to noon, with free blood pressure checks, medication disposal, giveaways, and insurance navigator help. Monthly CPR classes continue in Kewanee.
