From Refugee Boat to HYROX Elite - Abbas Nazari

<p>In this episode of the Rox Lyfe podcast, we chat with Abbas Nazari.</p><p>Abbas has an extraordinary story. Born in Afghanistan, he fled the country with his family as a child and eventually found himself aboard an overcrowded refugee boat carrying hundreds of people across the Indian Ocean.
