Tupelo man sentenced to over 15 years for possession of meth and fentanyl/Biloxi man arrested for allegedly raping two women

A Tupelo man has been sentenced to over 15 years in federal prison for possession of hundreds of methamphetamine and fentanyl pills, plus, a Biloxi man was arrested on Thursday for allegedly raping two women.
