Terror at Collinwood Episode 138: Montague Summers and DS with John F. Wirenius

Montague Summers collected nightmarish legends from around the world that have become movie and fiction fodder--vampires, the werewolf, and witchcraft. Novelist and lawyer John F. Wirenius visits the podcast to discuss his new biography of the clergyman and curator of the macabre. The book includes a chapter on Dark Shadows, (super)naturally. Along the way, John talks about his fandom for Dark Shadows and touches upon Summers' influence on Gothic cinema and television.
