<p>Hannah Breslin chats to host Beth Clare McManus about her journey as a neurodivergent coach, emphasising authenticity, safety, and flexible practices tailored to neurodiverse clients. Each conversation balances storytelling with practical reflections, offering a unique window into the diverse perspectives of our membership.</p><p><strong>Hannah Breslin</strong> is a neurodiversity-affirming coach, educator and consultant who specialises in supporting individuals and organisations to deepen their understanding of neurodiversity.</p><p>Hannah received late diagnoses of autism, ADHD and dyscalculia, which transformed her life. After spending 10 years working as a practicing artist, followed by 15 years in higher education, she retrained as a coach. She now coaches late-identified neurodivergent professionals and helps them make sense of their neurodivergent identities.</p><p>With a continuing passion for education, Hannah designs and facilitates training for teams and founders, with a particular focus on supporting coaches who want to ensure their practice is neuroaffirming.</p><p>Connect here: <a href="https://coachingfordifference.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferer">Neurodiversity affirming coaching &amp; training</a></p><p><strong>Beth Clare McManus</strong> is a psychologist, artist, and researcher living in Manchester, UK. She is an EMCC accredited coach at senior practitioner level and works as a coaching supervisor, with specialisms in coach wellbeing and the creative self. Her best work happens at the intersection of psychology, coaching and creativity.</p><p>We’re not here to say there’s just one ‘right’ way of working. Think of this as food for thought.
