Pentagon finds ID problems affecting 215,000 troops

The Pentagon is trying to clean up the records behind military ID cards used by hundreds of thousands of service members. About 215,000 active-duty and reserve troops have records that are missing proof of identity, but the Defense Department says there's no evidence of fraud.
