Dr. Daniel Brugger: Precision Trace Mineral Nutrition | Ep. 167vor 6 Tagen30 Min.

In this episode of The Feed Science Podcast Show, Dr. Daniel Brugger from the University of Helsinki explains why trace mineral nutrition requires more than simply meeting a formulation target. He explores the gaps between formulated, analyzed, and biologically effective supply; the risks created by mixing and delivery variation; and why oversized safety margins can increase cost, environmental loading, and mineral imbalances without solving the underlying problem. Listen now on all major platforms!

“Formulation tells us what we intend to provide. Analysis tells us what is chemically present, and biological effectiveness tells us what the animal can actually use.”
