ARSENAL 3-0 LILLE! WHAT A SEVEN-MINUTE MASTERCLASS FROM THE GUNNERS!

Arsenal continue their perfect start to the UEFA Champions League with a brilliant 3-0 victory over Lille at the Emirates Stadium, as Jurrien Timber, Eberechi Eze and Bukayo Saka all get on the scoresheet!

In this Arsenal match reaction, Tom Canton breaks down Mikel Arteta's latest European victory, the incredible second-half transformation and the individual performances that made all the difference.

JURRIEN TIMBER WAS MAGIC! With Arsenal struggling to break down a stubborn Lille defence, the Dutchman produced a moment of genuine quality to open the scoring in the 64th minute. Collecting Noni Madueke's pass, Timber showed incredible composure to lift the ball over the goalkeeper and send the Emirates into celebration.

And then the floodgates opened!

EBERECHI EZE ANSWERS HIS CRITICS! The England international doubled Arsenal's advantage just three minutes later, finishing from Bukayo Saka's delivery to score his first goal of the season.

BUKAYO SAKA RESPONDS IN STYLE! Introduced from the bench, Arsenal's number seven made an immediate impact with an assist before adding a superb goal of his own in the 71st minute after wonderful combination play involving Martin Ødegaard and Kai Havertz.

And what about BRUNO GUIMARÃES?! The Brazilian delivered another commanding midfield display, driving Arsenal forward, creating opportunities and showing exactly why he has become such an important part of Mikel Arteta's squad.

But it wasn't all perfect. Arsenal struggled for fluency during the opening hour, and there are still questions surrounding the attacking balance, Viktor Gyökeres' form and why the team appears to need time to find its rhythm.

With two Champions League victories from two matches, Arsenal have made an excellent start to their European campaign. Can they go one step further this season?
