Government Transparency | OSAP Oversight Failure | Jerry on Arizona Radio | CUPE Defies Labour Changes

Jerry opens the show with a conversation about transparency in government and why public accountability matters when taxpayer dollars are involved.

He then speaks with Brian Lilley, Toronto Sun political columnist, about the latest OSAP controversy. They discuss why critics say the scandal is a result of weak oversight and what happens when government programs aren't properly monitored.

Next, Jerry replays part of an interview he gave to an Arizona radio station, where he discussed the ongoing trade dispute between Canada and the United States.

The hour wraps with Jerry's thoughts on reports that CUPE is vowing open defiance against changes to Bill C-39 and Canada's labour laws.
