Ep. 157 | Deuteronomy Pt. 2028. Sept.43 Min.

After 20 weeks in Deuteronomy, we come to the end of Moses’ story, but not the end of God’s story. Moses stands on Mount Nebo and sees the land God promised, even though he will not enter it himself. His life reminds us that faithfulness is not measured by whether we personally see every promise completed, but by whether we faithfully obey God with the part of the story He has entrusted to us.

As Moses’ season ends, Joshua’s begins. God’s mission continues through a new generation, empowered by His Spirit and called to carry forward what has been entrusted to them. The same is true for us. God calls His people to remember what He has done, receive and reflect His love, and respond with obedience.

As we close this series, the message of Deuteronomy can be summarized simply: REMEMBER | LOVE | OBEY. Remember God’s faithfulness. Love the Lord with your whole life. Obey Him wherever He leads. One season may be ending, but God is already calling His people to get up and go.
