This week on The Mother Daze, it’s smart phone fears, dumb phone cheers… ? but when do we finally bite the bullet?

We dive into screen time, devices, kids growing older, the fear surrounding social media, and raising tweens in an increasingly online world. Is an Apple Watch the perfect first step? Or do you hold off altogether? We pick each other’s brains on our plans, fears, all the research we’ve done, and where we’ve landed so far.

We also get into fits of giggles over inappropriate humour (Summer Heights High… IYKYK), frolic through Little House on the Prairie, and chat about Kate Box’s brilliantly funny Aussie comedy, Deadloch.

Sarah’s TikTok emergence also brings out that one A-HOLIO who reckons she should “Botox up.”

Well, looky here, you sad anti-ager… these mamas to NINE have earned every one of these laugh lines, crow’s feet, forehead creases, smile wrinkles, and motherhood badges of honour. They’re proof of a life well lived, deeply loved, and very well laughed AND we won’t be injecting them away.
