Freebirthing in Canada

<p>Today on The Natural Birth Podcast we have Emma.</p><p><br /></p><p>Emma is a mama of two from New Brunswick, Canada. </p><p>She is incredibly passionate about physiological birth and a woman’s personal intuition of this natural event. </p><p>Unfortunately there is very little access to natural pregnancy, birth, and postpartum support in her province in Canada, so navigating this world was challenging in both her pregnancies. </p><p><br /></p><p>Her first birth was followed and attended in hospital by a doula, though things did not unfold as hoped. </p><p>With lots of emotional and physical preparation, her most recent birth was a redemptive, beautiful free-birth in her ensuite bathtub with her most intimate family members and best friend of over 20 years present.</p><p><br /></p><p>Curious about Emma?
