Norman Seabrook

Former Correction Officers Benevolent Association president Norman Seabrook joins The Rita Cosby Show for an unfiltered dive into New York's law enforcement and legal accountability crises. Seabrook breaks down why New York City's Corporation Counsel spends millions in taxpayer dollars settling officer lawsuits rather than going to trial, defends uniform personnel against political scapegoating, and calls out Mayor Mamdani, Governor Kathy Hochul, and local officials over subway crime, migrant funding disparities, and rising utility bills.
