Stop Giving Away Your Power

You believe in the all-powerful, all-knowing God, but you keep giving credit to someone you’re supposed to have power over.

“The devil is always busy.”

As if God is somewhere taking a nap.

Yes, there are obstacles. There is opposition. But you continue to give so much attention to the very thing you’re supposed to have power over.

You’re taught to operate in pity

You have not been taught how to actually be powerful.

You’re taught a posture of false humility, but you’re not taught how to stand in the truth of who God has called you to be and the power He has actually instilled in you.

Some of the very teachers you’re listening to are rooted in slavery and not sonship.

Because someone knows how to evoke your emotions, you buy into a message, but you never test it against the Word of God.

Whatever you focus on, you give power to

You give so much attention to the enemy, but you don’t know how to stand in the power you actually have.

The other reason? It becomes a cop-out. A way to avoid accountability.
