Charmaine Ramirez spent the first decade of her career working in higher education and talent recruitment, helping students find direction, supporting new immigrants through career transitions, and partnering with organizations to build strong teams. Through that work, she developed a simple belief: behind every strategy, hiring decision, and business move are people shaped by their experiences, values, and environment. Understanding those human factors is what makes meaningful collaboration possible. Today, Charmaine is the founder of Pwrforward, a community-driven incubator supporting Filipino entrepreneurs. As a proud Filipina-Canadian, she created the platform to provide more than networking. Pwrforward focuses on real infrastructure for growth, including shared knowledge, accountability, and access to capital built on trust for Filipino entrepreneurs.
