Dr. Lisa Strohman is an attorney, licensed clinical psychologist, author, and advocate whose work focuses on mental wellness and the impact of technology on children and families. She is the founder and director of Digital Citizen Academy, a nonprofit program created to educate students, parents, and educators about technology addiction and overuse.

In her clinical work, Dr. Strohman has spent more than a decade working with individuals, families, and adolescents experiencing depression, anxiety, addiction, and technology overuse. She is also the co-author of Unplug: Raising Kids in a Technology Addicted World and Digital Distress: Growing Up Online.
