Chapter Twenty Seven | "Pieces of Eight"

Jim Hawkins is still aboard the ship, but things take a darker turn. In Chapter 27, “Pieces of Eight,” he overhears the pirates talking and realizes just how much danger he’s in. The ship feels eerie and unsafe, and Jim must stay hidden and think carefully about his next move. It’s a tense chapter about listening closely, staying calm under pressure, and finding a way out when trouble surrounds you.
