<p><a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/jennytheolin/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferer">Jenny Theolin,</a> (Entrepreneur, Learning Leader, Experience Designer, Facilitator, Curator, and Author) joins us to explore one of the most original ideas in the world of organisational culture: a museum.</p><p>Jenny is the founder of the Museum of Organisational Culture (MoOC), the world&#39;s first museum dedicated to the artefacts, rituals, and inherited ways of working that shape how organisations function. </p><p>We talk about how the museum was &quot;found, not built,&quot; the founding collection of twelve Swedish organisations, and Curatology, her own methodology for reading organisations the way a curator reads a collection.</p><p>We also dig into her book, <em>The Museum You Carry</em>, and what it means to ask not just what we should add to our organisations and cities, but what we&#39;re already carrying, and whether it&#39;s still worth carrying.</p><p>Beyond the work, Jenny opens up about her path, what energizes her, how she thinks about success and balance, and the people and ideas that have shaped her.
