SGU Season 1 Episodes 10-11

Dr. Rush frames Colonel Young for murder in "Justice" which prompts Young to leave Rush on a deserted planet who then gets picked up by aliens, from whom Young has to rescue Rush in "Space." I guess they're not really friends but they're definitely aligned against aliens!
