New and Emerging Targeted Therapies for Patients With DLBCL
The management of patients with DLBCL is rapidly changing with several targeted agents across different drug classes on the near horizon. Experts discuss the potential utility of surovatamig, a novel bispecific antibody targeting CD19 and CD3 in overcoming resistance to CD20-targeted therapies, and the potential roles of golcadomide, a first-in-class oral CELMoD, and tafasitamab plus lenalidomide and R-CHOP in untreated DLBCL. They also discuss ongoing trials of other bispecific antibodies and acalabrutinib, a BTK inhibitor, in DLBCL.
Listen to this podcast with 2 experts from Europe and the United States discussing the unmet clinical needs in DLBCL, the expanding role of approved targeted therapies, challenges with access to these new therapies in different regions, important ongoing clinical trials of new and novel agents in DLBCL that are poised to change practice, and key presentations and results in DLBCL reported at the recent 2026 European Hematology Association Congress in Sweden.
