Follow along for a simple demonstration of the following sleep apnea exercises:</p><p><br></p><p>1. Tongue root press — Hold pressure for 5 seconds, relax for 2 seconds, and repeat 15 times.</p><p>2. Palate lift — Hold the lift at the top for 3 seconds, release, and repeat for 20 reps.</p><p>3. Cheek suction and hold — Hold a fish face for 5 seconds, followed by a puff face.
