Why Is Life So Hard? Joy in the Midst of Tribulation

Week two of “Why Is Life So Hard?” takes us into James 1:1–11, where believers walking through intense suffering are told to “count it all joy.” James isn’t minimizing their pain—he’s revealing God’s purpose. Trials are unavoidable, but God uses them to mature our faith and deepen our dependence on Him. The real test is whether we stay anchored in God when life makes no sense. Our struggles may influence our story, but they never define us. Our identity is found in God and in Jesus Christ alone.

James 1:2-4 "Count it all joy, my brothers, when you meet trials of various kinds, for you know that the testing of your faith produces steadfastness. And let steadfastness have its full effect, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing."

"We'd love to connect with you today, send us a message or comment via Facebook or Instagram.
