Iain Liam Ward, widely known as the "King of Chemo," is a Irish fitness content creator and endurance athlete. Diagnosed with terminal terminal brain cancer (glioblastoma) in 2020 at age 31, he uses his massive social media following to run extreme marathons and raise hundreds of thousands of pounds for charity.
