Edouard brings flooding to Texas after becoming 3rd storm to make US landfall this year; plus, the Gateway Arch will go dark to help migrating birds

Edouard moved ashore near Johnson Bayou, Louisiana, bringing flooding rain, storm surge and gusty winds. More than 81,000 customers in Texas were without power heading into Tuesday night.

Also, the Gateway Arch in St. Louis will turn off its exterior lights each night in September as billions of birds migrate south across North America, including many along the Mississippi Flyway.
