Loving Life, Loving Kindness
The purpose of the talk is to explain why Buddhism doesn't propagate superstitions, especially in regards to the belief that wearing certain objects or praying to a deity or higher power can bring happiness or protect someone from harm. Ajahn Brahm shares examples of superstitious beliefs and the dangers of relying on them, and emphasizes the importance of taking responsibility for one's own actions and happiness.
