SITREP Ep. 168: A Green Beret's Story, Cop Tales, and a Close Call

CannCon and Alpha Warrior push through a rough night, Alpha fighting off a family cold and CannCon wrangling in studio tech, before landing on the heart of the show. A viewer donation leads them into the story of a Green Beret who enlisted after losing his childhood best friend on 9 11, told through his wife's memoir of their short life together. It is one of the more emotional segments the show has done. From there they shift into lighter territory, swapping cop stories, boot camp memories, and reacting to a Gateway Pundit piece on a prosecutor's parting shot at administration officials over evidence standards. Alpha also drops a candid, almost eulogy style reflection on his own close calls that has CannCon telling him to clip it. It is tribute, banter, and a little bit of gallows humor, all wrapped into one SITREP.
