A Hamilton mother stole nearly $14,000 worth of vacuum cleaners, perfume, tools and other goods—sometimes simply filling a trolley and walking out. Jane Yee and Open Justice reporter Belinda Feek examine the case, the unusual refund trick she used, and why the judge gave her one final chance.
