Over the past few years I have been immersed in writing my book, Understanding Our Energetic Architecture – Human Design as Your Inner GPS for Awareness.
While writing it, something unexpected happened.
The book gradually became the beginning of a much larger exploration.
When I first encountered Human Design, I was fascinated by the extraordinary depth and precision of the system. Like many people, I immersed myself in understanding charts, centres, channels, gates, experimenting with Strategy and Inner Authority.
Yet, despite everything I was learning, I repeatedly discovered how easy it was to remain caught in my own mind.
I slowly came to realise that Human Design doesn't ask us to understand ourselves differently. It asks us to be different through awareness. It is our process of awareness that brings about our difference.
Until today, Human Design remains, for me, a living experiment rather than a body of knowledge I have somehow learned to master.
It continues to illuminate the places where I become conditioned, identified with old patterns or disconnected from myself. Again and again it invites me back - not simply to understanding, but to awareness.
Over time I realised that what Human Design calls deconditioning is not merely an intellectual process.
It asks us to meet the habits, defences, emotional wounds and survival strategies that have shaped us throughout our lives.
From my own experience, this has been a profoundly therapeutic journey.
