Fear that inner conversations that fear is involved

Today I will be talking about fear and the fear monkeys' that just keep bouncing around in our minds then settle into our emotions. When fear gets triggered , oh there are those crazy triggers again, one can fall into the trap of the old mind sets. Yes these fears and other tools have served a purpose yet, do we needed old them now? Lets have a discussion about how we as humans can move through our new walk/knowings and navigate the old mind set and fears.
