In this edition of Rabbit Hole Roundup, I'm giving you my unpopular take after finally watching the entire Fast & Furious series... I honestly don't think there's a bad movie in the franchise! From the original movies to Tokyo Drift, Hobbs & Shaw, and everything that came after, I think you have to judge each movie on its own merit. Sticking with Fast & Furious, I'm also counting down my favorite songs from the series. From Ooh Ahh to Danza Kuduro, these movies gave us some SERIOUS bangers! Then I react to some advice from T-Pain about encouraging people even when you don't necessarily believe they're good enough yet—and explain why I completely agree. Sometimes one like, comment, or bit of encouragement can help someone believe in themselves! After that, I talk about the viral Higher Up Wellness clip about shaming people into getting in shape and why I strongly disagree with that approach. I don't believe you can hate yourself into loving yourself, and I think real change often starts with understanding someone's story, and addressing the root of the problem.
