The Anchor Breath - Tuning Your Inner Receiver

Before diving into the episode, try this practice to strip away static and heighten receptivity:

1. Sit upright, spine straight, shoulders relaxed. Feet flat on the floor or cross-legged.

2. Close your eyes. Take three slow deliberate breaths: inhale through nose for 4, hold for 2, exhale through mouth for 6.

3. On the next inhale, silently affirm: ”I am open to what is true.”

4. On the exhale: ”I release what is false or comfortable illusion.”
