<p>What happens when our confession and character don&#39;t align?</p><p>Titus 2:1-10 shows that sound doctrine is meant to do more than fill our minds with right answers. The truth of the gospel should work its way into our character, relationships, homes, work, and everyday decisions until our lives begin to make the beauty of Christ visible. Paul calls the church to learn the truth, live the truth, and become the kind of people whose example points others toward Jesus.</p><p>This sermon challenges us to identify where our lives are out of step with what we profess to believe, learn from faithful believers God has placed around us, and take a specific step of repentance and obedience as we trust in Christ, whose life perfectly matched the truth He proclaimed.</p>
