In Belgium I speak with Valtonyc's lawyer, Master Paul Bekaert. Valtonyc, the rapper, was convicted for "glorification of terrorism." Spain merely prosecutes the rapper for what he says. Condemns him and his music as if he were a terrorist. Belgium has been asked for extradition. The judges in Ghent do not ponder about that, Valtonyc is not a terrorist in Belgium.

On 15 March 2017, the European Union issued directive 541 for all its member states. National governments must incorporate laws into their own legislation, that make "glorifying terrorism" punishable. Spain, Bulgaria and Hungary, among others, have created and implemented laws. Belgium has not yet complied with the European directive.
