He caught up to a jogger near City Hall, held his phone up in front of her, and asked if she was ready to die. Then he ducked into a train station and took off. Then the dark one. Cops have spent two months searching a house on Chew Avenue in Olney, and what they've pulled out of there is hard to even wrap your head around.
