This week in the NWSL, Gotham extended their lead for the Shield with their chippy win over Kansas City; Utah eke out a win despite a strong showing from Bay; Houston fight until the last minute to topple the Courage; and Racing Louisville earns their third consecutive win. We also saw some huge returns from players like Ashley Hatch, Savvy King, Sydney LeRoux, and, of course, Caiya Hanks who scored the game winner for Portland after more than 400 days away.
