<p data-block-key="ny4wk">In de podcastserie Proefschriften spreekt aios interne geneeskunde dr. Tessa Steenbruggen met promovendi. In deze aflevering spreekt zij met Sjoerd Hermans over zijn proefschrift, getiteld <i>Introducing Real-World Data and Multi-state Modeling in Clinical Trials in Acute Leukemia – Benefits and Risks</i>. Sjoerd bespreekt de uitkomsten en voor- en nadelen van gebruik van real-worlddata als controlearm van klinische studies en daarnaast het gebruik van een <i>multi-state</i> model in prospectieve studies binnen de hemato-oncologie.
