Being a disciple runs on three essentials, each in two parts: truths and promises from the Word, adjustments and assignments from the Lord, and support and encouragement from one another. An assignment usually has a name and a face. Surrender reaches into big decisions, dating, and money, and whoever unhooks from community drifts into trouble alone.
