For some leaders, this journey of equipping may also include pursuing more formal academic study.</p><p><br></p><p><a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/brittany-kretz-9707ab175/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Dr. Brittany Kretz</a> is Director of the <a href="https://online.york.edu/Programs/Masters-Degree-in-Organizational-Leadership" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Master of Arts in Organizational and Global Leadership</a> at <a href="https://www.york.edu/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">York University</a>. At York, she equips current and future leaders through Christ-centered leadership programs. She is passionate about helping leaders grow in both competence and calling. Through teaching, writing, and curriculum design, she encourages others to pursue lifelong learning as an act of faithful stewardship.</p>
