Scripture makes this clear. The role of a leader cannot be separated from the requirement to shepherd, equip and develop those God has entrusted to us to lead.</p><p><br></p><p><a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/ramona-bishop-phr-77562b46/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>Ramona Bishop</strong></a> has been a HR professional for nearly 30 years both in the corporate world and in ministry. For the past 32 years she has been a volunteer leader for <a href="https://www.bsfinternational.org/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Bible Study Fellowship</a> serving in a variety of leadership positions including many years as a Teaching Leader in the Atlanta area. For nearly 10 years, Ramona served as the Chief HR Officer for BSF and recently retired from that role. She is currently a Senior Consultant with Hollis Strategies. She serves on the <a href="https://christianleadershipalliance.org/who-we-are/advisory-council/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">CLA Advisory Council</a> and is CLA’s People Management and Care Community Catalyst.</p>
